招聘条件

研究生教育学历,硕士及以上学位 
1.Master’s Degree in Engineering/management related subject or field; PhD's Degree is preferred. 2.Familiar with ME or ECE relevant lab requirements 3.Capable of designing and implementing basic experiments based on subject requirements 4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; 5.Effective negotiation skills; 6.Skill in budget preparation, general accounting principles, fiscal management and data base maintenance. 7.At least 5 year’s full-time employment experience in ME or ECE and relevant lab services 8.Excellent interpersonal skills and Customer care & communicational skills; 9.Good organizational, managerial and collaboration skills and experience. 10.Basic IT skills; 11.Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure; 12. Ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities within the office and other departments. 

岗位职责

1.Teaching lab regulation and strategic planning a)Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plan to build a world class teaching lab; b)Help create and monitor annual teaching lab budget for lab maintenance and development; c)Develop and implement lab policies and procedures for regular operations and lab safety; d)Conduct weekly office meeting. 2.Operational Management a)Manage lab staff, including recruitment, duty assignment, supervision, professional development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions; b)Coordinate lab work related to teaching and research to ensure good progress; c)Have regular safety examinations, implement safety measures, and remove safety hazards in the teaching labs; d)Maintain and upgrade fixed assets and other lab equipment; e)Serve as the member of JI Safety Committee. 3.Documentation a)Develop Standard Operating Procedures to enforce all the JI and SJTU Rules of Conduct; assure all the safety measures in compliance; b)Creation and/or maintain written documentations, including safety manual, system and user manuals, license agreements. 4.Procurement of Teaching Lab Equipment a)Implement purchasing strategies and policies; b)Collect and manage purchase requests from JI faculty for lab courses; c)Oversee the entire purchasing process, and complete relevant paper work; d)Monitor purchasing activities to ensure all technical and logistical requirements are met; optimize the capital utilization; e)Receive the newly purchased equipment upon arrival, update the lab inventory. 5.Staff / TA / Student training a)Lead all lab staff to learn general operations and relevant technologies; help improve their English proficiency; b)Give a speech on the TA conference, new student welcome meeting and international students’ refreshes to educate all of them to follow lab Standard Operation Procedure and Safety Rules every semester. 6.Instruction on machine shop training a)Work with course instructors to give instructions on machine shop training; b)Translated all the curriculum and teaching materials from Chinese to English, if necessary; c)Lecture up to two classes per week for one semester; d)Evaluate the students’ performance.
